Pros & Cons logo

In 2005, I moved on from Five Oh Eight Records to a more design-focused business, Pros & Cons Apparel. At the time I was still in college and working in the basement of an American Apparel store. My life was surrounded by design classes and blank t-shirts. This inspired me to start putting my designs on something wearable.

Pros & Cons', short for Producers & Consumers, first line was a collaboration with artist Stephen Eichhorn. While working on the next line, I met Lupe Fiasco. One of my shirts for the next line caught his eye and it turned into a collaboration between the two of us. We created a limited edition hooded sweatshirt. In less then six hours, the hoody sold out. From there I continued on with the line that I was previously working on. I created the samples for that line, but have yet to produce more.

Pros & Cons is in a hiatus. It was a successful experiement that I plan on bringing back in some form.
